We had two instances within 6 months of bats entering our residence, of which we removed ourselves.  We called upon Robert’s help for remediation and he walked us through all of the steps that would be taken, along with the legal guidelines we have to follow for the safety of the bats.  Robert was excellent in communicating with us in between his visits, along with while at our home showing us everything he was doing. Robert has done an awesome job helping me with a squirrel problem in Aurora, IL.  He is humane with the wild life and very knowledgeable and his prices are very fair and reasonable.  He came highly recommended by another wildlife professional that retired and I can't thank him enough.  Squirrels were taking over and i even had a monster raccoon. I want to share a very good experience dealing with Robert Ernst of Aquatexts with our racoon or critter problem.  Robert has been very helpful, professional and yet friendly.  He is very prompt and very thourough in dealing with our attic problem.   He is easy to work with, very accomodating and just an all around good person.  I hope we will never have to deal with racoons on my our attic but if we do, we will for sure call Robert and AquaText Inc to help us solve the problem.  Robert had to clean out our attic of raccoon poop and waste and to do the insulations.  We looked around for cost and AquaText was by far the most reasonable. This guy is the absolute best! I had voles living under my home that I was about to sell. My realtor recommended Bob. He came the next day set traps, came back the next week to check on the traps as promised. His prices are great, and he's honest and super knowledgeable about these and other critters. Had birds nesting somewhere they definitely shouldn't have been. Called AquaTexts, they came out quickly, figured out exactly what was going on, and took care of it — cleanup included.
